Maya Music

"Maya Music" is the name of one of the cuts from the Maya Music CD. This was filmed and recorded in Totonicapan, Guatemala. I stayed with a local doctor who introduced me to these wonderful musicians. They usually only perform on certain festival days. The flute-like instrument is called the Chirimia. In this video I am playing shakers with the musicians.
